Scottish Borders & Lowlands

The Scottish Borders is normally a term applied to the Scottish side of the border with England, but given the way the border shifted under warring and marauding forces, I have felt able to add one photograph from the English side. The Borders are frequently overlooked in the rush to the Highlands, after all they are typically not as wild; but they typically have many of the same details, and provide plenty of opportunities to explore.
